The PURITO Centella Green Level Calming Toner contains highly concentrated 10% centella asiatica extract which excellently calms the skin, and hyaluronic acid which draws in moisture to form a strong layer that lowers the heat and tightens the pores. It is a safe toner to use after cleansing to help restore and strengthen the skin barrier. The product is not a common toner that flows like water, but a jelly moisturizing essence formulation.
